Our coffee is supplied by Union Hand-Roasted Coffee whose roastery is located in the heart of East London. They roast in small batches so flavour is never compromised + all of their coffees have scored 84 or above on the SCAA coffee scoring scale (the definitive measure of coffee quality – anything over 80 is regarded as a high quality speciality coffee).

Union pride themselves on working directly with farmers paying them a fair price so they can invest in their farm, families + working – this is called Union Direct Trade.  So all in all they are a great bunch who can roast a mean bean.

Our house blend is Revelation – 100% Arabica dark roast with notes of treacle, cinnamon + dark chocolate.  It has earned a super quality score of 84.5.
